Garden Room
Feature king or queen bed, cable TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, ironing facilities, hairdryer, tropical ceiling fans, central air conditioning, in-room safe with a private garden view balcony or patio. These rooms are a standard hotel room type, and although smaller than the larger suites, they are appointed with the same style and attention to detail but they do not offer a beach or ocean view. Located in buildings 1 and 2

3 Bedroom Oceanfront Grand

OUR BEACHFRONT GRAND SUITE features up to nearly 3000 square feet and offers 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms! When utilizing the entire suite, it actually sleeps 10, making it a TERRIFIC VALUE and one of the lowest per person on island. There is also an extra large gourmet kitchen and a family dining table. This suite consists of a 2 Bedroom Grand Ocean Suite with an internal connecting door to a 1 Bedroom Ocean suite, making it 3 bedrooms in all, offering central air conditioning, tropical ceiling fans and a very large furnished double wide patio. Large sliding glass doors allow this unit to open up completely bringing the outside in and the inside out. If you have these windows open and the entrance door to the condo open, too, you will enjoy the most refreshing tropical cross breeze to die for.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation, the balance is due on departure. For travel between January 5th to December 20th the deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival date. For travel between December 21 to January 4 the deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date. All refunds are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
