CHECK - OUT TIME: 12:00 noon. There will be an additional charge should you wish a later departure time. Given the size of our suites it takes time to prepare them for arrivals and unforeseen check-ins. Should you have a late departure time we shall do our best to provide a changing room.
Hurricane Policy In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of Turks and Caicos, Coral Gardens on Grace Bay will waive the cancellation penalty and change the reservation to a future date. [read more]
A 3 Night Deposit is required to secure reservation. Deposit is non refundable within 21 days of arrival, but maybe applied toward a new reservation for up to 1 year. This offer is subject to seasonal rates and availability at time of new reservation. Extra person rate (12 years and up): $25 per person per night, plus applicable taxes.
Jan 1-Dec 19 (2010 and 2011) -- 3 night deposit required at time of reservation and it is fully refundable if cancelled with 21 days of arrival.
Dec 20-Dec 31 (2010 and 2011) -- 3 night deposit and cancel 60 days prior.

Extra Person(s) Most suites (except Garden Suites) can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two additional persons above the standard suite occupancy in a pull-out sofa. Add $25.00 per person, per night. Please enquire prior to arrival date to make arrangements.
Children A maximum of two children under 12 years may stay free of charge when sharing a Suite with an adult paying the full Suite rate (except Studios).
