In the event of an official evacuation order, Coral Gardens on Grace Bay will not penalize any guest for any unused nights and will also present a voucher valid for a future stay for the same number of nights that the original reservation was for (with a maximum of 7 nights), Example: If you book a 7 night stay and evacuate on day 4. You will not have to pay for the additional nights of your stay and you will be presented with a voucher for a full 7 night future stay.
In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of Turks and Caicos, Coral Gardens on Grace Bay will waive the cancellation penalty and change the reservation to a future date.
* Please Note: Over the last 100 years, Providenciales has only been directly hit twice by a hurricane. NOAA studies clearly show that the Providenciales is located outside the normal path of tropical storms and hurricanes.
